OnAnimate(EventHandler<FlexibleEventArgs>)
Fires every AnimateInterval milliseconds after StartAnimate() is called. Never called more often than once per render frame
OnDisappeared(EventHandler<FlexibleEventArgs>)
Event fired when the Disappear() function completes
